Francois Mikulski Cremant de Bourgogne Sauvignon Blanc An energetic wine that captures50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Aligote from vines in Meursault and Rully. Hand harvested, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 18 months.
